On average, other variables not included, how long can you expect this to last on a car outside 24/7?

There is no way to estimate how long a car wax will last without considering variables. That said, a car should ideally be waxed seasonally especially if it is outside 24/7! The actual coating of wax is microscopic. This is the finest wax and I have used it for many years. It is very easy to apply if the paint is well maintained. Remember, this is only a wax, not a cleaner. Unless you wax and wash frequently, you should first use Meguiar's cleaner wax to prepare the surface for a quality application of Yellow Wax. Believe me, it is worth the effort. The paint is constantly being attacked by various elements. Do not expect 1 application to last 1year. Do the work, you will be pleased with the results. After all, your car was a major investment.

Can this also be used as a fiberglass mold release?

We always use Meguiar’s or Mother’s Carmina paste waxes on fiberglass molds. This is a little harder than standard paste wax and should work fine. However, the description does say it contains silicone but shouldn’t be an issue

Can i use this after meg.ultimate polish? also,i washed/clayed car 2day but didnt polish/wax. if i want 2finish the job tmrw do i have 2wash car again

Yes, you can certainly use this after Ultimate Polish. As long as the car is totally clean and dry before applying you don't need to wash the car again. If you have some Quik Detailer it might make sense to just wipe off the light layer of dust that may accumulate overnight and then you should be ready to wax.

What else is in this wax other than carnuba?

There's actually very little carnuba in any wax. Carnuba is hard as a rock. Slick marketing practices will state "100% Carnuba". All that means is that carnuba is the only wax in the product.
