what is difference between this 'concentrate' and regular NOW whey protein powder?

Isolate is great if you are lactose intolerant. It is slightly higher in protein and lower in carbs and fat. Concentrate has a higher amino profile. For my money, concentrate is preferred unless the carbs / fat / lactose issues are at play.

Are any of the ingredients sourced from China?

Why wasn't this question answered? I'm guessing it's because this whey is made in China and only "packaged" in the USA.

Is this better than jarrow formuals unflavored natural whey or nutricost?

"better" is hard to answer. cost? depends on the seller and size. taste? personal preference, though I personally like it more than jarrow's. however, muscletech, isopure, and six star also have unflavored ones. six star tastes the best, but they have creamer in it to give it better texture. quality? they're mostly similar (all large companies that have been around a while), and some brands may be more or less compatible with your stomach.

Does anyone use this for keto diet? Do you find it fits well with the lifestyle?

I live keto and use this to make the low carb soul bread. I don't use as a meal replacement.
