Yes, this juice extractor is so easy to set up, every steps is very simple. The description of the assemble steps in the manual is also very clear and easy to understand, you will never be confused.There is a round black cleaning brush inside the package.It is easy to clean with the brush after juicing.It is better to clean the juicer after using.

Is this a masticating juicer?

No its a centrifugal. I tried the masticating ones which the Juice was great but the prep and clean was awful. Took way too long, the shut is small, and so many pieces which some were difficult to really clean well.

Does this juicer machine work with soft fruits as banana and Strawberry?

Considering that bananas and strawberries are soft fruits with low juice content, it is not recommended to use this machine to extract their juices. It is better to use a blender.
