Perfect for me!
The creators of these underwear thought of everything. They are comfortable (i was wearing a v-brace belt so they seem less bulky to me), they hold you in all the right places, the drawstring was a plus for me. Some found it annoying. I would say take it out if it bothers you because these are worth it. I have prolapsed bladder and I can walk, exercise and just keep doing life when I'm wearing these briefs. The support is good. They are fine for hot weather (I dont know about humid weather). I actually wear a very thin undie beneath them although they also have a place to accommodate a pad it you would rather. If you need the extra support i would highly recommend them.

Helpful support garment
I have had this garment for a few weeks and have enjoyed the comfort and support it has given. I previously purchased a boy-legged brief and was pleased with it also. I was curious as to the difference in support and fit. I am equally pleased with both in their support of my prolapsed bladder (much less pressure and discomfort) as I work in the garden and moving heavy items. As always, I recommend reading all information and reviews to get a better understanding of the garment. It helped me make my choices.

Not supportive or flattering at all
I bought all sorts of support garments for pelvic issues while pregnant with my baby. This included this underwear, which I was skeptical about but decided to give it a try. They were very expensive for 1 pair, but I resolved that if they fit then I would work out buying more later. I bought the size medium for my pregnancy body, at 5’1/145 lbs and the underwear was really ill fitting and bunched up around my crotch, like a camel toe and also bunched on the backside of my rear, however, they were form fitting around my waist, which told me that sizing up would not help. They also provided zero support as it just felt like I wear wearing badly designed underwear. There was zero difference between this underwear and other underwear except that this was much more expensive. I tried other items, including a belly bandit band, momcozy pregnancy band, cabea baby belly band, neotech care pregnancy support band, and kinesiology tape. Of all the items, the momcozy pregnancy band and kinesiology tape helped to pick up my belly to provide a much needed lift. Both helped to pick up my belly about 2 inches where I’m not carrying so low. The momcozy band was about $40 during cyber week and the kinesiology tape I found for 2 rolls for $10. I highly recommend trying around for other means of support as you won’t get that with this underwear.

Really helpful!
This helped so much! And it wasn’t too tight across my abdomen at all. Very happy I got it.

I'm so happy with these panties!
I'm a 67 year old woman with pelvic prolapse- not bad enough for surgery, but enough to be annoying. The support briefs work really well at alleviating the discomfort. They are very well made, and attractive. They don't feel like old lady undies, at all. I will be ordering more.

Good for a few wears
I purchased these in large and wore than a few times over my panties after washing in cold water and hanging to dry they eventually bunch up and they cannot be straightened out. I hang them on a hanger. Try to pull them back to the original shape, but they do not I went up to an extra large more than a few times the same thing happened after a while, the elastic bunches the drawstring is not very comfortable. I called the company and they said there’s nothing they can do about it that’s what they use. Hopefully someone would catch on and try to develop ones that will last longer. I am going to try to order a double extra large and see how much they will bunch up. These are very expensive, considering the quality doesn’t last very long. Good for a few weeks.
