They are easy to digest and are a great source of vitamins,protein,and fiber. Only 190 calories so it won't hurt your calorie intake too much. Great value,highly recommended! 5 stars.

I would give it a five star because of the great taste, the price, how easy to hold and carry around, and best of all, the glucose control for high blood sugar people. I have subscribed this product for quite some time now, but lately it has been often out of stock, which is not convenient. It probably just means that this product is super popular. But steady supply is also very important to customers. I'm starting to look for other substitutes if this situation continues. So for the often late supply, I have to give it a four star
