With daylight savings it's getting darker earlier here. Unfortunately with longer work days I have not had much time to pick up the leafs with my zero turn mower. I slapped this baby on last night and mowed through the evening. I used a simple alligator clip car outlet adapter attached to the mower battery and this setup worked perfectly. Not sure what others are talking about regarding the magnet strength. Maybe I got an updated version because the strength of the magnet was more than enough to keep the light firmly planted in place. Light output was excellent for my application. Excellent purchase for the price!

Seems well made and very bright. Magnet is too weak, barely sticks to the side of a car.

Bought this for an emergency light in my shop.Arrived on time and in good condition.The magnet is very powerful, light is compact and quite bright.When we have large snow storms the power goes out quite often. This light will be connected to an extra 12 volt battery. Being LED, hopefully it will run a very long time but of course all depends on the battery.I would say the light is about the same intensity as 2-3 100 watt incandescent bulbs.Good value for the $

The media could not be loaded. I got two of these to use on my tractor, and they work well. However, the magnets aren't all that strong, so you may want to consider that if you plan to use them in shakey situations. For example, I planned to stick them on the ROPS of my tractor, but there was too much movement up there and they fell off pretty quickly. So instead, I placed one of the hood and one on the rear crossmember above the 3pt hitch, and they stay put nicely.The light output is really good, and I love that I can move them around easily. I've already used them not only for plowing at night, but also for lighting up a sledding hill at night (that was awesome) and for working on projects in the garage or driveway at night. Excellent extra light. Ever since 12 V LED floodlights have become available on the market I have been looking to build something similar to this. The magnetic base is strong enough to hold the light anywhere I need to be on my truck. Adding a 12 V extension cord allows it to go everywhere I need it to go. Truck maintenance or working alongside the vehicle this floodlight allows plenty of light in the workspace. Unlike roll bar lights this light does not drain the car’s battery as quickly. I have been able to have this light continuously on for two hours providing ample light on a job site and the truck started right up.

The magnetic base does hold the light, but it flops around loosely. I took the light off of the base, drilled a hole in a strong piece of metal on my tractor, and mounting this light to that. Now it's an excellent, bright work light. Note the switch is on the cigarette lighter adapter part, not on the light itself.

Bright light for the price, purchased for mobile use on my tractor and my boat, or anywhere you have a 12 volt adapter.Magnet is not very strong, I removed scratch protector from bottom, made Magnet a little better.Probably will purchase two regular lights for tractor and hard wire.

I am very impressed with this worklight, I needed a magnetic light in the back of my van, although the interior light is on, it doesn’t compare to this when your in the dark and recovering motorcycles. Very bright, got its own handle. Recoil lead which can stretch right to the back doors. And the added little extra of a switch on the 12v plug. Brilliant idea, great bit of kit.

I mounted this on the rollover bar of my compact tractor to have a light source high up that wouldn't be blocked by the bucket. This light is brighter than the stock headlights and the magnet holds the light on well. I have very bumpy land and it has only fallen off once. I like that I could mount it without drilling holes or anything and just plug it in to the 12v outlet with no wiring. I wish it would stay on when the tractor is turned off, but that is the fault of the tractor, not the light.
