I'm loving this new coffee carafe. I love the color and the great design. It's so sleek and easy to use. We use a coffee carafe every morning to keep our coffee warm for hours. We were using one that had come with one of our old coffee makers, and that one lasted for years. I'm hoping this will last even longer. It really keeps the coffee nice and hot and is so easy to use. I especially love the wide mouth at the top. I used to spill lots of coffee trying to pour it into our old carafe, but now every drop gets in! That's a real plus for obsessive coffee drinkers like me and my husband! I highlyrecommend this product!

I Purchased the black and gold. It serves me well. Hot liquid stay hot for almost 2 days I was surprised. I use this everyday. I am a big tea drinker. I recommend you buy this product.

Keeps coffee hot for 4 - 6 hours in my working conditions

Despite what I'm about to say, we actually do like this caref, it has a great design, looks good on our counter, does what we need it to do (for the most part) and seems like it will last us for a couple of years.However, it is annoying that you have to tilt it really far to get your coffee. I still get psyched out that the coffee is all gone before it hits that sweet spot angle (which is practically 90degrees over your cup) and starts pouring the coffee. Also it does not keep it hot for nearly 12 hours. My husband wakes up and makes coffee around 4:45-5am and by the time I get up to have coffee around 6:45-7 the coffee is warm, but not hot at all. If I have coffee later in the morning, like 9-10 am its still warm-ish but I have to microwave it or it cools down way too quickly in the mug . So don't expect your coffee to be nice and hot for more than an hour or two in this caref, but it will stay warmish for a good while.

I had ordered a large carafe for an event and just needed something to hold hot liquid for a couple of hours. I was surprised at how well this works- works as advertised, functions beautifully, the dispenser mechanism worked without a hitch. High score for how well it pours. I think my favorite part is how easy it was to open and close the lid, those press buttons on the side work great! Temperature of liquid stayed hot for several hours, I have gone for 10+ hours with no change. Size holds 8 cups which goes for 10-13 cups of regular coffee cups. Best value for price -I wish it came in more sizes - I need something that works this well for a smaller 27 or 36 oz size. Did I mention how beautiful that color is - stole the show at our event!!

I just opened May 14th. It must’ve been returned, delivered used with water and coffee stains on it. It doesn’t keep the coffee hot with an open spout.It’s over priced an poorly designed.Not worth 10 bucksSucks

I started with just the carafe. It looks good and keeps the tea hot when traveling. As someone with arthritic hands, the carafe is well balanced and a lot easier to hold open when pouring than those with the normal lid design. I was so impressed I bought a matching mug. This too performs well and is a nice, well balanced shape and size. Lids to both the carafe and mugs can be taken apart for washing which is a big plus as most can’t. If you don’t need the travel lid, the mug edges are nicely rounded for drinking without the lids and the liquid will maintain the temperature better than a regular mug. Liked these so much bought three more in different colors for when we have guests.

Great insulation but spout design is not great. It is in two parts and has strange lip shape and so fluid will not pour cleanly, especially when it’s less than a third full and you have to tilt it a lot. This causes splatters of coffee or tea on the table around the cup.Would be my choice if they fixed pour quality.
