So after a bit of mix-up initially I can give a review on the actual product now. My fist order was missing all installation equipment and the accessories. However the customer service with this company is great. They messaged me back that night and apologized for the mix up and they sent me the missing items right away. Then they checked back with me when the package was delivered to make sure I got it and if I needed any further assistance. So customer service 10/10The mount was easy to install and set up. All you really need is a drill with a bit, a stud finder and a hammer. They send you everything else you need. The parts are quality not cheap in my opinion. I even got a few extra screws and drywall anchors. Following the instructions and a bit of planing out it only took me about 10 minutes to install the mount. The console fits into the mount securely and didn't budge. The holes in the back for the cables makes cable management easy. And overall I think it looks good. Even with the mix up initially ( not going to happen to everyone ) I still give it a 5/5.

I don't always review products and if I do it's typically not this quick (Cause I want to test longevity with the product). However, with a product like this, time will likely not have a huge factor on the quality or rating. Having said that, this is an excellent product that is easy to install and has no problems supporting the Xbox Series X and accessories on the included holders.Pros:The holes for routing cables allow the cables to go either left, right, or down vs being only 1 direction.Seems well designed with ventilation in mind, so there shouldn't be any heat issues with blocking vents like some of the others I saw available.Included accessory holders. Enough for two controllers and 1 headset. Some other products seem to charge extra for those.Meh:My only gripe which I wont take any stars off is I wish it had a dedicated spot to hold a portable external HDD/SDD (Maybe along the back part above the mounting section?) I didn't see any similar products that had something either though.Cons: None***I did not receive anything from anyone for this review. (No shilling)***

Decent packaging, comes with everything described instructions are simple; however, it says make a 8mm hole i would go with a size or two smaller... I used a 9/32 drill bit as well as used the screws that came with it to mark the holes as no pencil will fit through the holes. This may cause minor issues with leveling. Other than the tight fit for cabling (hdmi) Great product.

The high quality of the base and exact fit for xbox x .There is no play won't fall out. Also the 18 month worry free warranty. Controller and headphone holder. One thing I would suggest is to mount center bolts to a stud. I used lag bolts I know it's not going to fall off the wall. To much money to fall on the floor or if you have kids hanging up controllers.

I bought this with the fan as well. The fan.... I would not buy the one with the lights again but both of these work great!
