What a wonderful idea! Most people think these light don't give off the ambiance of the evening. They sure do ! They can be turned on low, which mimics the candles flame better, or turned on to "bright", I suppose if you want to read by candlelight, or your electric is out.We looked into these types of candles because I'm on oxygen now. And everyone knows fire and oxygen don't mix well. I was pretty upset about it as I like to light shabbat candles on Friday evenings.For awhile we had nothing, then I saw these on Amazon while scrolling for other items. We ordered some to try as it was the holiday season. What beautiful lights! The "flames" are real enough as they flicker and some candles flames will even wiggle a little bit. Turned on low, they make a very nice romantic, cozy scene. They take two AA batteries and they last a fair amt of time perhaps 3 weeks or so, depending on what you are using them for. The timer on these is great, set it for 4, 6, or 8 hours. They go off at the appointed time and the next day , they come on automatically! It great if you can't get to them to turn on. I gave the timer function 3 stars though, it seems that about every 3 -4 days, the candle forgets its to come on. If the candle is in a grouping, it may be the only one that doesn't come on. Or the whole set is off. So everything is checked and the timer is restarted. Usually this works unless it's close to the time to change all the batteries. Not sure why it does this as it's kinda a pain to restart, but oh well. Qnd then they may never do it again.We've also found that it does not get so warm in the house, I do anyway. Real candles can put off some real heat, but of course these don't. I would highly recommend them if you worry about real flames around kids, pets and of course Invalids. Or you worry about your woodwork that may get real suet on them. Your curtains etc.. I would say to get some and try them, they look great in any candle holders!

The media could not be loaded. I am LOVING these candles! They are realistic looking and flickering. The remote is amazing to have. I love that I can turn them all on/off, change flickering/not flickering, brightness, and put them on a timer. The remote makes it so convenient! In the pics and video, I had to turn the brightness down all the way or the glare was too bad lol. I got the candlesticks and plants off Amazon too…of course LOLUpdate: I figured out how to take a pic without the glare, so I added a pic with the brightness turned all the way up.

These are much better than expected. The candles have dripping wax to make the look more realistic. And the remote is amazing. I was sitting in another room and could see the candles in the other room. Decided to try using the remote from approximately 20 feet away and worked like a charm. I love that the brightness could be adjusted. Very happy and would recommend.

I've been very happy so far with these candles! I've only been using them about a week, but so far so good! Shorter LED candles that are not cheap looking and are decent as far as quality are hard to find. I would have given them 5 stars if I hadn't needed to order a second set. A couple of the candles in the first set didn't consistently turn on. All are working in this set and I love the remote and the various options. For the price, not a bad deal at all. I would/will order again.

Look like wax, plastic candles. Love the flicker that can be adjusted to bright or dim and the flicker can be adjusted to fast or slower by remotes. Great del for the money.

I use these to decorate my book shelves. They are the perfect size. The lights are great. I do not use the remote.

All candles worked well the first year, but one of the candles started to short and would not always turn on the second year I used them. I like that they have a timer and remote. I was disappointed that I had issues the second season I used them.

These faux candles look so real. I really like the smaller size and the look of dripping wax. Lots of nice features using the remote. It has a flicker , brightness level and timer. The batteries seem to last a long time with me setting it on four hours and it coming on nightly. You won’t be disappointed with these.
