Good for the purpose
It does what it says. Seems sturdy to last long.

Not very flexible
These are the stiffer version of washable baking sheets, they’re ok for flat surfaces but difficult to line something like a loaf tin with.

Good value
I first started using this type of baking sheet when we moved into a house with an Aga 16 years ago and we purchased a product known as bakoglide. This product is very similar to bakeoglide, however, it is significantly cheaper ad lasts almost as long (bakoglide does last longer but not twice as long). We use this item to line trays, but also cut it for baking tins and even cooking directly on our hot plates - simply spray the sheet with oil and I can fry anything directly on these sheets.Great item, competitively priced and whilst not quite bakeoglide, at the price they represent better value.

Usable but difficult to clean
Bought these because we seem to go through so much baking paper or foil that just gets thrown away.Pros: they work well as baking sheets. Things don’t get soggy and because they’re nice and large you can cook a large amount on them. I’ve also used them inside smaller roasting tins and also there’s a few folds and creases they still work well. Have used them to line cake tins for brownies and flapjacks too with success.Cons: when you use oil to roast something, it soaks into the material somehow. So they were discoloured after the first use because of this and makes you feel like they’re kind of never clean. Speaking of which they’re also difficult to clean because they’re so big. You can’t quite manage it in an average kitchen sink. It’s difficult to clean oil off especially. You can’t really wipe clean, requires washing up liquid and a sponge. We have also put them in the dishwasher which works if you have a top drawer bit for cutlery. I usually sponge off the grease and then put them in.Overall, we do use these regularly and they serve a purpose, but in future I would probably go for a silicone baking sheet for the reasons mentioned above.
