The kit is clear and good quality, the instructions are easy to follow and the battery seems to be good quality, holds charge. Was a nice job to do and so much cheaper than getting it done for you.

My MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) had become a real pain, needing to be recharged every day and would sometimes cut out when it said 35% battery power was left. Apple quoted me £245 to replace the battery, so I HAD to look at this option!I've changed batteries in iPhones before, so I know you have to be careful. However the instructions supplied are excellent. I didn't bother with the online video.I would say the process took me around 30 minutes and all the bits (apart from an alcohol solvent) are supplied. I honestly didn't discover the missing alcohol before I started, so looked around for an alternative. I had an aerosol of Holts Brake Cleaner in the garage, which worked perfectly as a substitute!Everything fitted exactly and the only advice I'd give, is to make sure you lay out all the screws in a sensible and logical way as you take them out, as there are some variations and you need to get this right on reassembly.My MacBook Pro booted up after reassembly showing 68% battery and I left it until it was on 100% for a while. I know you can force a recalibration, but I'm just leaving mine to "learn" on it's own, which it will after a few power cycles.I'm always slightly nervous of lithium ion batteries from manufacturers I've not heard of before and I'd always advise avoiding recharging when you're in bed asleep or out for the day. At least in the early days. Mine has now been on charge and isn't warm or showing any signs to be concerned about. I'll monitor it, but at the time of writing, I'm genuinely impressed by the battery, the instructions and the manufacturer.

Been using this for 4.5 months now. Replaced a bloated original macbook pro battery with this. The battery life is reasonable, and the installation was not too difficult (had to use some acetone based nail polish remover to remove the glue that stuck the original battery to the laptop shell). Saved me from buying a new laptop!

I had an early 2015 Macbook that would not hold a charge, and whilst I could use it on mains all the time, that isn't really the point of a laptop, and if I accidentally knocked the power mag connector out... well that is hardly ideal.This kit was easy to fit, and included all the spudgers and screwdrivers you needed to get into the case. Fitting the battery was simple, even without the alcohol you ought to use to denature the glue.

I chose it as it is a high capacity battery and comes with all the tools you need so you don’t have to shop around for other items.The installation video was very helpful and it also comes with colour printed instructions that you can follow. It was a breeze to follow the instructions and change the battery. The instructions stated it would take 60 minutes to do and that was spot on.I am including pictures of the new battery installed and the old original swollen Apple one. I have tested the new battery and it works great and has the ability to run two full length movies without needing to be recharged. I did that to calibrate the battery for the first time.So in summary if you are looking for a high capacity replacement MacBook battery with all the tools you need and with easy to follow instructions choose this seller and battery from Asmark.In case it helps you, I choose not to glue the new battery down to make it easy to change next time as it fits snugly when put in but that’s just my personal tip which you need not follow.I hope this review is helpful.

works fine with good fitting instructions but after about 3 weeks I noticed that one of the sections had come unstuck, now the other end has come unstuck, as I was meticulous about the cleaning of all old residue I can only assume that it is the glue not holding, otherwise 5 stars

I simply do not believe the one star reviews. They were either written by competitors or folk that are not capable of changing a battery which is a fiddly business. It is an excellent battery and my app' confirms just how good. Proabably the best replacement for a A1502 unless you fancy paying Apple £245 for virtually the same battery.
