Vax-tastic!
I've wanted a decent steam mop for ages so when I saw this at such a good price I had to buy it!I've only done my floors with it so far but it's really brought them up nicelyI can't wait to use the other little gadgets it comes with around the house thoIt felt a bit weird at first for me going backwards & forwards as if I was using an upright vacuum cleaner rather than in the more traditional side to side motion when using a mop & bucket but once I got over that it was fine & I was soon zipping over the floor at speed!The only thing I would say is having to hold the trigger on the handle which activates the steam in all the time can make my hand a bit achey afterwards so if it came with something where it could lock into place then that would be perfect

Bought the upgraded version to replace old model
I had a vax steam cleaner for many years but had to replace it when my daughter borrowed it and lost one of the parts. What can I say but it’s great. It does the job it’s supposed to do

Cleans really well and you can see the difference.
Excellent. So easy to put together and cleans everything as plenty of attachments.Really impressed.Heats up quickly, long cord, cleaning power is Amazing and so easy to use.

Cs distribution avoid
Brought from Cs distribution and it doesn't work leaks everywhere. I'll re order from somewhere else an give it a try

Needs strong fingers
This machine cleans all right, but it needs strong fingers to use it. The trigger that turns the steam on is difficult to press while holding the handle, I found it almost impossible to use. Also the button to press to release the mop head is stiff, I was not able to use it at all. I wish designers would realise that not everyone has strong hands and fingers.

Great item
Very good quality product, it has a tool for everything. Warms up quickly doesn’t leak, easy to use and switching from long handle to hand held is a breeze.Lovely little bag to keep everything safe or there is little hole to place some of the attachment's on itPleased with this item

Room for improvement
Certainly better than the Vileda steam mop it replaces. However, first impressions (including outer packaging) scream..this was made in Asia as economically as possible.As far as steam mops go (I am still to use as hand held device) it works well and detergent reservoir and improvement.Annoyingly, the base which steam pad is velcroed on pops off with very little pressure.
