Adjustable to fit even big heads, clear sound quality
This headset is comfortable on my big head. It's adjustable. I like the padding on the ear cups. The volume and mute buttons are very responsive and work properly. I use it with Teams and the hardware works perfectly. Sound quality is clear with zero static. I chose the connector that works with both USB C and USB A. It's great to have that option since newer laptops have the USB C ports only.

Great volume!
I work in a call center and soon to work from home I wanted a new headset I had ordered a different pair they didn't work so I got these at a recommendation from a coworker. The sound quality on these are amazing n crisp n clear! They are incredibly comfortable I got the 2024 version. So mine comes with a phone connection and USB! The chord length is very long! The little remote is very easy to use! The performance on these is far above average! And they are incredibly stable n durable.

Good enough
It is pretty good, a little expensive though.

Comfortable and compatible
I work from home in a call center so my primary goals were something that works with my soft phone (Cisco Jabber) and doesn't hurt after wearing for an 8+ hour shift. This fit the bill. The sound quality is good (no complaints from anyone I've spoken with) and the option to mute directly on the headset is great. The only thing I don't love is that the mute on the headset also ties to mute on MS Teams. If you mute on Teams, it physically mutes the mic on the headset. This has only come up once (I was on a phone call and did a teams call to screen share but I couldn't mute just teams) so not a huge deal.

Highly Recommend this Brand. Find the model that fits your needs.
I agree these are great headsets. I highly recommend them. Great sound quality and microphone. I had ti return mine as these don't have ANC. If I didn't need that I would have kept them. I had to pay a little more for the 8225 model.Other Models I’ve tried:Poly 3220- great basic pair would recommend as well. Comfortable Nice sound quality and mic works well (feedback from colleagues).Poly 8225 - 5 star for my needs. ANC (active noise cancelation) feature. Comfortable, great sound quality, and great mic clarity (feedback from colleagues).I hope this helps!

Waste of money
Headsets are very comfortable to wear but it does not block background noise at all and calls are really static. Not worth the price and not as described on description.

This Has Been a Fantastic Headset So Far!
I got this headset because while I love wireless headphones, I've been continuously frustrated by Bluetooth headsets failing to connect successfully with my laptop and even my iPhone; at least with wired headphones, I'm guaranteed a connection! These headsets provide for excellent listening, and others can hear me clearly when speaking, for example, on Zoom. The headset is comfortable to wear, too. Last but not least, there are multiple options for connecting, whether through a jack, USBA, or USBC. I'd actually gotten them initially because they had a jack, given USB ports are at a premium, but once I realized I could connect with the smaller-sized USB port, for which there is less "competition," I hooked it up that way instead with no issues! Still, though, with USB port availability being at a premium generally, it's nice to know it's possible to connect with a traditional jack if the circumstances demanded it!I'm happy enough with this headset that I'm going out on a limb to purchase the wireless version, too, for greater mobility, so I'm not always chained to the headset; however, at least one commenter reported connectivity issues with the wireless version; I hope that's not the case for me, but if that happens, at least I can fall back on this reliable wired version. Thank you, Plantronics, for producing a great product!

Getting complaints for microphone quality
I take calls via Ring Central for my job, and had to replace my headset when a physical piece broke on it- so I purchased this set after research and recommendation from others. However I'm struggling with microphone volume (even at 100% in windows settings it's quiet) and am getting constant complains about microphone quality that I wasn't getting before from a headset that was a fraction of the price. Additionally when I record to see how it sounds, I agree it sounds quite bad, even with the maximum sound quality settings.I've downloaded the manufacturer's software Poly Lens that does any sort of firmware updates, and have verified my drivers are up-to-date. I'm still trying some third party audio solutions to see if I can find a software solution to this.I haven't tried directly connecting the headset via the analog connector rather than USB, but everything I'm finding online tells me that USB should be providing superior quality anyway.Luckily I was also able to disable the voice alert that would happen any time I muted the headset- be it via the remote on the cord or via Teams, as that was nearly a dealbreaker on its own, as I often have to mute and unmute during meetings.I'm not rating this as 1 star because it does function- it came in good quality and the audio quality of the headphones is fine even if I find it kind of sharp at times. However I'm finding it hard to believe this was the headset I saw highly recommended in many places, and if I cannot solve the audio quality issue I may have to return it.
