Offers day long heat pain relief
Stick well to clothing with stays warm for a whole day. These heat patches are odour free and great value for money. Only criticism is they are a bit too small especially for lower back pain and can feel a bit ridged on your clothing.

Great heat pack to be used on the go
I use these heat packs regularly and keep them in my work and gym back for minor injuries or soreness. The patches are great with the adhesive backing which sticks to clothing making them easy to use and convenient.
