Not all probiotics are created equal! It's really difficult to search amazon for specific ingredients / strains. I've seen some brands that are just acidophilus or have ridiculously low potency. I even bought some in Portugal where - without exaggeration - you'd need to eat the whole bottle to get any benefit.These are decent. I don't think you need to be on them forever; my approach is to "seed" my gut and then just top up occasionally. Since starting, I've noticed a real improvement in my mood and my stomach feels much stronger, especially when I travel.I genuinely believe these are high quality, deliver on their stated quantities, and trust they actually alive. There's good research out there showing how strains like L. brevis, L. plantarum, B. adolescentis, and B. longum can impact mood, and I can honestly say I've personally felt that effect!

Brilliant product. I had been subscribing to the very expensive liquid pro biotic, but these capsules do a better job and are much more convenient to use. Not to mention the cost saving!

I have struggled with runny stools and ibs for years, these are the only probiotics that have been effective and now I have a less bloated stomach and better digestive health, this is the first time in years I’ve had more solid stool. 5 stars! The only down side is the capsules are huge so no good for people who can’t swallow capsules.

arrived quickly - unfortunately these didnt work well for me - they were too high a dose for my tummy and caused pain and dashing to the toilet! i have tried a much lower dose product and these are ideal ! they were easy to swallow - and i do worry about taking large capsules but these were fine!

This is the first probiotic I’ve used where I can actually tell it’s making a difference. All of my stomach issues have subsided, no more bloating and better bowel movements. And to top it off, very reasonably priced. Definitely will be my go-to probiotics moving forward!
