This is an original product. So as far as quality goes, there is no doubt as to how good it is.Regarding whether or not you must/should buy it, this is what I have to say.The controller is as ergonomic as an Xbox controller; remember, they are the pioneers of ergonomics. So there's a huge improvement while playing games such as Bayonetta, Astral Chain, and of course, Legend of Zelda.I did finish the entire Zelda game with the default controller attachment, so I don't mean you cannot live without this controller. But once you get it, there is no going back.I recommend this only if you have the budget to spare.

I wanted a controller for my switch. I was not a fan of using joycon for playing games in docked mode so I got this. It works seamlessly wit the console and have a pretty good battery life. The build quality is also pretty good.

I bought a Nintendo Switch OLED some time back considering how it's price fell due to the upcoming announcement for the Nintendo Switch successor and since then I've always had this weird feeling playing with the joy cons attached to the holder that comes in the box so I did some reading online and found out that the Switch had an official controller so I went for it. I must say this controller definitely doesn't disappoint. It's not going to change the way you play games or anything, but it definitely gets the job done which is more than what I expected considering how gimmick dependant all of Nintendo's accessories are.The controller has very nice buttons that is comfortable to use for the vast majority of palm sizes, it has a rumble function that feels good but sounds terrible(because you hear the motor inside power up every time you trigger some action in the game warranting a rumble), and the shoulder buttons are crisp though they aren't adaptive triggers. The build quality is excellent with the handles having this synthetic leathery finish that provides ample grip and the finish on the body reminds me of those old translucent consoles where you could see the internals vaguely.The package comes with the controller and a USB type A to type C cable which you can use to charge the controller as well as plug it into the dock for connected play/pairing with the Switch. The Switch picks up the controller seamlessly and the battery life on this thing is amazing. I completely charged it on the day I got it and it's been more than half a month since I've charged it since yet it still keeps going.That's pretty much it for the controller. If you are a Nintendo fan and own a switch, definitely get this controller if you have the money to spare, it is a great addition to the Nintendo ecosystem and I'm pretty sure it will be supported by the Switch successor as well.

This is absolutely the best controller you can get! its too comfortable I would say it feels even better than the Xbox One controller. I actually wish I could use it with my PS4 as well. But hey this works with PC so that's beneficial The only problem is you are getting it for $30 extra than the US price. Even with the extra price, I would say it's totally worth it! it would make your SWITCH a real TV console and I promise you would love it while you are playing Zelda!

This is the official Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. It has every possible features to support your Nintendo games like, HD rumble, motion control, NFC reader, etc. It is expensive compared to other controllers but those controllers lack many features that are in the Pro Controller. If gaming experience is your priority then you must get a Pro Controller. It is worth your investment. Especially, if you play docked.

Playing with this is a literally a night and day difference compared to the joy cons.... The range of motion is incredibly expanded, the build quality, responsiveness, the sheer perfection in the way your hands wrap around this makes it a joy to hold and use. Be it mario odessey or mario tennis aces, there is a level of comfort which you cannot achieve with the joycons. And i've not even tried zelda with this yet since i got it last evening. Zelda definitely felt awkward in handheld as well as with the joy-grips in docked mode. This should easily make it super comfy to use. I had first thought it'll be an expensive add on but dang this thing now means i'm never going back to the joycons at home. Be it docked or handheld mode. Outstanding.

Thanks, MICROMINI® for providing genuine products. I would definitely recommend others for future purchases. As for the controller itself, I've got only one thing to say, it delivers performance. The controller is light and comfortable. Nintendo products may cost a lot for an average Indian consumer but performance is guaranteed.

When I opened the box and tried to connect, it wasn’t turning on at all. Then I realised that there was no charge and it took a while to show the light when connected to a USB. I contacted the service guy at Micromini seller and he suggested that I should try to charge it. I left it connected with cable and it started charging after a minute or so. And this is a genuine controller which will wake the switch upon pressing home button.
