I bought this for a trip to Africa and the Middle East. Normally, I would just use the country appropriate prongs for the travel chargers I already own, but I was going to be in a couple areas with unreliable power. So, I started looking for a travel adapter that included a dual-voltage surge protector. Just in case. This fits the bill exactly. I've since taken it to multiple countries and have found that it works perfectly. This is also the most complete adapter set you will find. It has every type of prongs, except Type-O. I can't really complain about that as Type-O is a very new and unique to Thailand standard. Frankly, it's hard to find a Type-O socket even in Thailand!

I bought this a few months ago. I’ve been to France, Spain, Italy (Northern & Southern), Antwerp, Switzerland, the Netherlands and a month in Germany (and it’s only mid-April). I have used this to charge my phones (both iPhones), iPad, MacBook Pro and work PC. Adapters worked perfectly, as did the USB ports. The only (and I’m nitpicking here) ... the only thing I could say that isn’t positive is that the design (or perhaps the European outlets) leaves space between the back of the base and the wall. That means you’re putting pressure on the adapter plug, which can’t be good over the long haul. The “work-around” is to simply plug your 2 or 3-prong US devices into it before you plug it into the wall.

This was a such a help during a trip around Europe recently. Each country has a different electrical outlet, so carrying different converters would be a pain. This took care of the issue with ease. After we used it, I let a coworker use it for Italy a week later and she found it easy and needed.

The plugs seem to solve problems with worldwide travel. While I just received them, they appear to be well made and should work regardless of where I go. There is one downside that, with a little work, can be resolved. The type of plug is noted on each one — but it is nearly impossible to read. After significant effort to correctly identify each plug, I used a sharpie to write the type on each one. The design would be nearly flawless if this issue were resolved.

We got this for an upcoming Africa/Madagascar trip, but recently used it throughout Europe- 4 countries. No issues whatsoever. Comes with a little carry bag so we just carried the adapters we needed for the trip. We expect to get a lot of use from them. Would have preferred a set that has the adapter on one side and the ability to plug in a USA cord on the other side, so we wouldn't have to haul around the larger part that the adapter connects to. But it was useful in that it has 2 outlets and 2 USB ports so can charge multiple things at once. Had no issues with it not having a current converter. Can't use appliances that won't accept 220V. So usually no hairdriers. But my curling iron had the 110/220 symbol and it worked fine. Phones charged without problems, even if left overnight.

Received the product on time and it exceeded my expectations. It comes with a booklet with every country listed and what type of plug they use. Super easy to use, even my 8 year old can switch between the different outlets with no problem. Compact and easy to travel with. Overall very happy with the purchase.

It is great to have all plugs for around the world. It was worth the money. No problems with charging my devices. The only issue I had was sometimes didn't click on wall plug and fell off. Once I got the hang of it, it was fine. Will continue to use the plugs when I travel.
