Well organised and complete - a useful compact reference book. I also bought a copy of the Spanish version for a friend who was equally delighted with the book.

Very helpful
I bought this book as an aid for making blends for my home skincare range, it is very helpful. My only problem is when I'm looking for a certain oil, it's not always easy to find as they are not listed alphabetically but in area of use (such as colds, concentration etc)
