I highly recommend this honey. At the time I ordered this, I was suffering from a split & loose tooth. I could not chew food and it was very painful. Couldn't get to a dentist. I discovered this on Amazon and ordered it..because it said it was even stronger than manuka. I already had manuka but I wanted to test this honey for it's medicinal effectiveness.. The over the counter toothache meds were not working for me.. This honey came the next day. I put it on my gums and tooth which were VERY INFLAMED, VERY PAINFUL. I put more on every hour or so for about 4-5 applications. Four hours later, I suddenly became aware that I was completely pain free. Next day, all swelling was down. It healed my very sore painful gums in less than 24 hrs. Still have not seen a dentist to have it pulled.

I love that the MG level is 2100 and the price is amazing and I love the low G.I. index. Although I do miss the spun honey texture of the Minooka honey, but this is still very pleasant. Shipping was amazing and seller communications was wonderful.

Was skeptical, but bought this to try it as I love manuka honey and use it for food as well as healing wounds and giving hair and skin a glow. I am not disappointed with this honey so far. I am not sure how to tell if the healing properties are worth it or not, but everything else checks out so far and I love the color, consistency, and flavor. It does not raise blood sugar levels.

The honey comes nicely packaged and has a cute little wooden spoon. The flavor is different than your typical store bought honey. I usually buy local honey as we live in a rural area and have several beekeepers in the area. I know honey comes in different ‘flavors’ depending what flowers the bees collect nectar from. This is a very thick dark honey and to me it had more of a robust flavor. My adult daughter tasted it too and she said it reminded her of black licorice. I didn’t dislike it but I guess I’m partial to milder tasting honey. I will probably use it mostly in tea. I cannot speak to the health benefits it claims to have but for the price I would hope it does something beneficial. (I am a vine reviewer and I received this product at no cost. I would not be able to afford to try it other wise)
