It is just a saline solution so salt water. So I would imagine you can as you can use saline for the nose

Can this be used in a nebulizer?

I doupt you would want to put these in a nebulizer as they are saline pouches seek advice from a DR as to what should be used

I've used it on piercings and its been great.

Is this distilled water?

No distilled water is not saline, saline has salt in it, a weak solution. Distilled water has nothing in it. Distilled water is evaporated water and then cooled, it leaves all contaminates eg: salt, calcium etc behind. Completely different. Distilled water goes into lead acid batteries.
