In the description it says to "leave it in the rinse cycle for 16 minutes." Is anyone doing this?
How can i use this product on a coin operated/he/lid locking top load machine with no fabric softener compartment. Any suggestions?
Is there any evidence that this will kill yeast, such as candida?
It sounds like some stop the rinse cycle for 15 min., and others don't. Can manufacturer clarify please??
To disinfect: Pour 2 capfuls into 1 gallon of cold water. Soak items for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water or machine wash as directed

When I start my laundry, I make sure to select Deep Rinse in my GE (model GTW220ACK2WW) washer. If I am doing a regular large or super load, from the time I start the process, it takes about 24 minutes for my washer to go from the Wash cycle to Rinse. When it goes into Rinse, it unlocks the lid and I add this laundry sanitizer. BUT, then I set a timer on google for 12 minutes. When the timer beeps, I close the lid and the machine continues to rinse and it gets about 16 minutes. The reason I use the timer is because if I forget about it while the lid is opened, after 15-20 minutes (I cannot remember exactly how long but it's why I chose 12 minutes), the stupid machine will drain itself and I have to do a wash cycle again because I cannot do rinse alone. Anyway, hope this helps."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"How can i use this product on a coin operated/he/lid locking top load machine with no fabric softener compartment. Any suggestions?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"All answers are incorrect. You cannot mix this with soap. This disinfectant is a \"quat\", short for dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride. Most detergents contain ANIONIC sufactants which neutralize quats. Dirt and soil also quickly neutralize quats. Hence, why Lysol tells you to add it to the final rinse. Your best option is a 10% industrial quat sanitizer, use 1 ounce per gallon to disinfect, or 1 ounce per four gallons to sanitize (there's a difference, sanitization kills some germs, disinfection kills all germs) to the final cycle MANUALLY. Or, do a manual rinse after your load is done with the quat. I also like to rinse once after. Of course, I also always recommend a prewash. A prewash is CRUCIAL to actually get clothes clean."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Is there any evidence that this will kill yeast, such as candida?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Drs will tell you YES, Lysol kills fungi. Not sure if specific fungi as Yeast was included, but it does fungi and fungal spores. Lysol laundry sanitizer works great and all fabric bleach."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"It sounds like some stop the rinse cycle for 15 min., and others don't. I just put it in the wash cyle which runs 15 minutes. I've worked housekeeping in a nursing home and that's what we do to clean also"}}]}]}
