There is no real ball support or pouch. The construction does separate the balls from each other, but doesn’t really support them at all, which is what I need. The flap covering the penis takes a bit of getting use to, but I like it better than a traditional fly. Give me ball support, and it’s a winner.

These provide a great combination of comfort and support. The material is very soft - they feel great. After a few days trying them out, I put in an order for more - probably the highest recommendation I could make.

It's been over 3 months, and I have to say I'm not a fan. I don't dislike them, but I got some David Archy trunks at the same time, and I have to say when I reach into my drawer, I go for the David Archy trunks when they're there.I do have to say these do a fantastic job of separating the shaft from the sack, but there is very little to keep the sack away from my legs, which is my primary annoyance. They way they're cut is pretty fantastic: you pull them on and your member just falls into the right place, and it stays there.I'm a "grower", so finding a spot for my flaccid member isn't really a trouble, and the pouch is overly accommodating for that state, but when erect, well... I was worried about where things would go when the inevitable happened. In briefs and trunks, it normally snakes past the leg opening down my trousers and gets stuck there when the pressure releases, meaning even if I just play it cool and let things calm down, I've still got to go to the bathroom and get things back in order. In these though, there's a nice pouch to keep it wrangled, and it's super stretchy so it can accommodate everything, and when the situation has subsided, everything tucks neatly back to where it was at originally all on its very own.Speaking of stretchy, one of my biggest complaints is that by the end of the day, these have given up all their "return" What was once a pair of snug fitting trunks has turned into a baggy pair of really short boxers. Boo. More lycra? different weave? I don't know what would make them better, but given everything, the good and the bad, I won't be buying more of these.

I wish Amazon would allow pictures or video reviews of these things. I read a lot of reviews before buying these. I am a size 40 and the extra large are just a little too big for the banana to stay in the pouch. However with that they are very comfortable. I just got in the large in a different style and they fit much better and are not too tight. Everything stays in place. The bottom pouch had me wondering if it would work and the design is perfect for separation and has enough room to keep them off my legs and the man reason I wanted something different. I tried other pouch styles but do not work as well as these. Highly recommend however go one size smaller.

I have had SAXX and other sack-like brands before. These are probably the most interesting, the sack in the front worked pretty well, though you have to sometimes place the guy in the hole after using the restroom. When the excitement hits randomly there is nothing to hide for sure. I will say that I have a pretty big bottom and my thighs are pretty large from working out, they tend to ride up and give a major wedgie. A wife or Girlfriend would probably appreciate these around the house though, nothing left to the imagination in the front or the back

My junk is comfy. I read other comments saying their johnson pulled out of the banana hole if they say down or bent over or something. I haven't had that issue. My guy goes into that little banana hole and has his own little apartment. I was iffy about the flap that goes over that banana hole, but seems to do it's job just fine. The only downside is that since the design of this thing keeps the banana front and center, if he stands at attention there's nowhere to go but up and forward. Not really any side to side room. It quickly stretches the little banana pouch to it's limits and forces a pretty severe bulge at the front, rather than keeping it against and along the leg. So, if you're well endowed and you are prone to random grand standing then you might find yourself in some precarious situations. All in all, I'm very satisfied with these and I'll be getting more. The segregation of the banana and the bag of nuts from the rest of the swimsuit area works perfectly. No more sticking and fixing constantly. Everything has its own home.

These underwear are very comfortable and fit well. They feel quite light and airy compared to regular underwear material where you can sweat and feel confined sometimes. I do have some of the regular material ones which are also good, but I really prefer these ones.

Waistband is narrower and not as strong as the previous purchase.

This is my second order of Separatec trunks as I wanted to have a pair to wear every day. These medium trunks fit well in the legs and for my size 34 waist. The bamboo rayon fabric feels great for wearing each day. My previous comments still hold. The penis pouch is fine everything stays in place and there is no slipping out when sitting or movement. It would be better if there was no central seam on the penis pouch as that it a bit of irritation when you are circed. The pouch for your testicles could use more room as there still is some compression there. Overall far more comfortable than regular briefs - better air flow and far less compression.
