Q: Two questions: 1) does it provide shatter/crack protection of the omnidash screen? 2) are the cut outs in the proper location? picture shows otherwise

The screen protector provides protection from scratches and impacts, similar to all glass style screen protectors, except our material does not crack or chip. The cutouts are 100% laser cut precise and in the correct places. The video review a customer left unfortunately is not our product, it appears to be tempered glass for an iPhone. We have tried to get Amazon to remove it but they refuse. Our product cuts and layouts are exactly as the images we provided and correctly match the omnipod dash.. I would suggest getting a new one call the company and ask them if they can send you a new one and explain that the glass is broken that is the best answer i can give you Thank you
