Amazon Basics Sketch and Drawing Pencil Set, 17 Pieces, Charcoal

For the price this is an excellent purchase.Starting out or just having some sketching stuff that isn't expensive then this certainly is worth the cost.Can't fault any of it.Recommended!

I got this product and I tested it on a drawing the blending tool *sheffs kiss* worked amazingly, the pencils were grate as well, I had never had a mouldable rubber before and it change my world, to be Farr the charcoals slicks I just didn’t know how to use em and when I did they didn’t work as well as they should have but the kit is still worth it and the charcoal pencils are good as well I was so surprised that the kit worked so good for the price. You can get some amazing details I feel with but that’s not rlly my style but if u are someone who does some detailed drawing then this kit is good if u are a beginner and want to practice you detailing. The thing about the blending tool is they give you no way to clean it so when it gets dirty and can’t blend as good then it’s a bit of a pain. If your looking to clean it try just using a razor blade and scraping the dirt off and this will sharped it as well. So over all this kit is verry good for beginners and is definitely worth the money and here fun with it!

Excellent value and good quality

I love drawing and although I am not much good at it, I do like to sketch out possible designs before I make them from steel or wood. The paper is lovely and smooth, and with the pencils they are perfectly matched.The charcoals are an excellent addition, so is the smoother for creating shadow. The rubber and sharpener are of high quality too, which makes this set a must-have, especially if like me, you enjoy drawing and doodling.

Brought for my daughter who has started getting into drawing and requested a set of art pencils. These are perfect and very good value for money

I used the soft charcoal pencil only .and I am already half way down it because it keeps breaking off every time sharpen it!! tried a different sharper and same thing kept happening!!hope rest of pencils not the same !!

Lockdown 3 made me want to start drawing, but i needed a kit to begin with. This kit contains all you need for pencil sketching, including tools i didn’t know but have since learnt online how to use. The quality is good as well for a beginner - although i am no expert.
