New buyers don't be afraid of old reviews, this is a crazy awesome deal -- check out recent reviews as a lot of the bad ones are from 2019. Just got the phone and it's really excellent. Feels totally new. Cosmetically there is some VERY MINOR wear that is not noticeable without really squinting. Nothing that a case won't cover. Screen is totally clean. Everything about the phone works flawlessly. Updated quickly to Android 11. Runs very fast and smooth. I tried both Verizon and AT&T sim cards and both worked instantly, confirming the phone is fully unlocked. This is an unbelievable deal for $140. You have up to date software support and a Snapdragon 845, OLED FHD+ display, wireless fast charging, stereo speakers, global unlock-- the whole package is just way more than is possible with any other option at this price point. Battery is small but if you're not a power user/gamer you won't notice because Google's software optimization is so good. Maybe the renewed phone is a little risky but hey it's Amazon so if it doesn't work then just send it back and try again. My only issue was the packaging, the phone was not padded inside the box, just flopping around in there so some of the tiny cosmetic wear may have actually come from shipping. Anyway this is an incredible deal and you won't find any phone of this quality for this price. I've had it for just a day so we'll see but for now, extremely happy customer, phone feels like new. Love it!

I've had a lot of good luck with refurbished/renewed items on amazon over the years. That luck continues now. I saw this phone was both cheaper and newer than a renewed pixel 2, and I needed a new phone(so of course I picked it up). When it arrived, it had a little dust outline around the camera and fingerprint sensor where someone once had a case, it wiped off perfectly easily, and even if it hadn't I was buying a case anyway. Other than that the phone was perfect, good as new even. It has ~2 days battery life on one charge, and that's with my screen is on a good portion of the time. Overall the phone is super responsive and can run smoothly no matter how many apps I open and forget to close(big upgrade over my huawei honor 5x, which as of a week or so ago when I got this phone, was chugging with JUST google maps open). Camera quality is phenomenal, one of the best cameras(not phone cameras mind you) I've used, period, it has fantastic picture quality and the colors are much more true to life than my last phone(honor 5x). It does good with white balancing, so I've not had any washed out or overly dark pictures. I never used google assistant before, outside of a little messing around with my old phone years ago, and I can say that since then it's really improved. It understands me and my baltimore accent(just search baltimore accent or "aaron earned an iron urn" on youtube) with ease. It knows the song that's currently playing in my background and I've even had it send a text to my girlfriend. I'd turn it off if I cared about my privacy of course, which you can do, but for me, the convenience is nice.

I have had this phone a few months and it's been underwhelming and glitchy from the start: - Never read QR codes from the camera screen - Consistent issues with the 'mobile data' and 'airplane' buttons working. I have to call on Google AI to turn on or off mobile data. At the same time, I'll glance at my phone other times and randomly find mobile data or bluetooth has switched on/off for no explicable reason. - Google Voice Assistant lag. - Latest issue that cropped up was that suddenly everytime the screen times out or shortly after, there's a bright 'camera-like' flash. I have no idea what this means. I don't foresee this phone lasting long. But I won't miss it when it's time to replace. EDIT: Downgrading this from 2 to 1 star. Within 7 months of purchase, battery performance drastically goes downhill. One hour of light usage takes it from 100% to almost zero percent. Then within ten months, it stops charging. Port is damaged.

So far I like the phone. Had a few issues getting mine setup but once I sent a text to seller & was able to get them taken care of. You can charge the phone from another pixel if you have a usb-c cord. They charge quickest with this cord. Usually have more than 50 percent left after 8 hours moderate use. Can also charge from tablet. Had the first pixel which I wasn't big on originally but once it was updated it was a better backup phone. Was identifying songs on car stero without me even asking it to. These phones are great if you use prime music, movies etc. The phone takes great photos that can be doctored if you need to. Use my wireless headphones since it uses an attachment to get wired ones to work. Perfect for answering calls 👍. Great sound and work better than wired. Don't seem to have using the phone when theres sun glare either. Decent speaker for movies and music. Wish phones still had a removable battery. (Recently replaced one for my other pixel he only charged me $8.50 installed) Hoping it lasts longer than my Moto Z3. It only made it a year and got it new from VZ store.

Mine came with no visible screen flaws. Some wear around the fingerprint reader on the back and the sim card hole was a bit wallowed out, but my case covers both of those. Everything seems to work perfectly thus far after 1 day of heavy usage /testing. To me, you can't beat $260 for a phone with the best camera and pure Android that was $400 only a few short months ago. I like the elongated screen real estate for reading. I hope to use this phone for the next 2+ years. Also keep in mind if you use Google photos for the backup of your photos and videos, original (super high) quality backups are free! With other Android phones you have to back up in high (lower) quality or pay extra. Best value ever for a flagship phone.

Tenía mis dudas al comprar este teléfono debido a la cantidad de reseñas negativas. A mí teléfono anterior se le quebró la pantalla y no quería gastar mucho en adquirir uno nuevo. Lo peor de este teléfono es la batería, que aprox le dura 3½ hrs - 4 hrs. Y que no tiene Jack de 3.5, y ya. Todo lo demás es increíble, las actualizaciones, la cámara, el SO, la fluides, la pantalla, el sonido estéreo de la bocina, la ligereza del teléfono y el rendimiento. Me gusta usar este teléfono (que salió en 2018 y me costó aprx $2,100), muchísimo más de lo que me gustaba usar mi teléfono anterior (que salió en 2022 y me costó aprx $7000)

Great service, great phone. I had a problem with delivery, but it was resolved to SO MUCH satisfaction. On top of that, the phone was in such good condition. I ended up ordering two of them! A+.

I highly reccomend purchasing refurbished products. There is a small scratch on the device, but I have a phone cover, so to me that was not an issue at all. Good battery life fast delivery. Ill purchase my next device from Amazon refurbished services.l to save money and the planet :)

El equipo es muy pequeño,liviano tiene un gran sonido estereo (es escucha alto y claro) venia con Android 12 y se sentía muy fluido. En cuanto a las cámaras es lo mejor que tiene ya que tiene muchos modos que normalmente con otras marcas o a estos tiempos un movil necesita 2 o 3 camaras para medio simular lo que este pixel hace con una sola. Como puse en el título de la reseña un Gran movil pero... A mi la unidad que me llego venia impecable esteticamente hablando tenía unos pequeños rayones en el area del conector pero nada grave. El detalle es que la pantalla tenia 2 manchitas negras una en la esquina superior derecha practicando en la curva de la pantalla y la otra abajo de donde esta el boton de Home entonces esto me hizo regresarlo lo que voy hacer sera esperar el rembolso y aré nuevamente otro pedido pero ahora en color blanco vere que pasa. Pero lo que si les puedo asegurar es que es una buena compra es vendido por Amazon Estados Unidos entonces eso es garantía de que saldra bien y como en mi caso que tubo ese inconveniente si no te urge lo regresas y esperas pacientemente a que te regresen tu rembolso. Por ultimo el equipo venia liberado, inserte un chip telcel, Movistar y At&t y con todos tuve señal

Got the infamous black screen issue, where even replacing the battery didn't fix it. Lesson learned. Don't buy refurbished unless you like gambling, because the failure rate is much higher than a new one.
