I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of this pot. From the very beginning, it was clear that this was a used item. When I first tried to clean it, the surface was greasy and dirty, which was already a red flag. I initially thought I could overlook it, but upon closer inspection, I noticed significant issues: the paint was peeling, there were visible scratches, and the paint residue was impossible to clean off completely.What’s worse, the pot has uneven surfaces with abnormal bumps, and these areas continue to shed paint flakes. I am genuinely concerned about using this pot to cook anything, as the peeling paint and powder residue pose a serious health risk. I cannot trust that this product is safe for food preparation.I attempted to resolve the issue by requesting a replacement. I first contacted Amazon, then reached out to the official website, and even emailed their support team. After an entire week of waiting, the only response I received was a request to send pictures. Since then, there has been complete silence. The lack of follow-up and care from the seller is unacceptable.This is not just about a defective product; it’s about the seller’s blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and health. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. If you value your health and well-being, please avoid this brand and their substandard products. This is my first time leaving a negative review on Amazon, but I feel it’s necessary to warn others about this terrible experience.

This induction pan set is excellent. They work extremely well. The pan base sizes are exact for the induction pan hob cooking spaces. Each job hears the relevant sized pan effectively. No wasted heat. They are very easy to clean, not lightweight but sturdy to handle. The instructions provided are spot on to follow.

I absolutely loved the look of these pans. They look really stylish and i was very happy with them originally. However whilst using the biggest pan i noticed that whilst cooking it bent into an oval shape and so the lid cant fit on. Ive never seen this happen before. This isnt good considering its big enough for stews etc when you want to slow cook things. You need the lid to fit

Revised report - Excellent service from the seller after we notified them we had an issue with the smalll pan which was replaced. They are really nice pans and very easy to clean. We have a problem with the small saucepan which is just not working. The seller immediately sent a replacement which was really good service.
