I dyed item in a bucket. Worked better than fine.

This dye works well and has good instructions. The color could be a little inaccurate if you're not careful, if the water dye is too diluted, the color can come off very light and nearly pinkish. You can let your fabric sit in the tub longer or increase the amount of dye in the tub.

Curtains came out pink instead of brown

Works pretty well although it takes two powder boxes to achieve a darker look. I don't mind that too much though. I used it on my canvas backpack (I didn't need to add salt or anything to the mixture) and followed online directions for canvas shoes. It looks like a Hershey's milk chocolate bar haha! I might go darker if it fades over time but so far so good! Haven't yet worn it to see if it stains so I'll make an update for that.

wanted to dye my pants, which I had stained with bleach, but this dye didn't work. The bleach stains remained the same. A complete waste of time and money.

I expected it to be a more warm-toned, deep- brown but it came out more reddish/pink toned. The original color of this top was a very light tan color, and I dyed it to hide some stains and it did the job. I do like the color, it’s just not what I expected, so if you’re looking for a dark brown, this ain’t the one. Rit dye is the truth though, you will never catch me using anything else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have not used it yet. But I was happily to receive it promptly and the price was great. I am using it for wood dye in Danita oil.

Followed all of the instructions to a T and it still turned out tie die looking, so I wouldn’t purchase again

I dyed a pair of light grey jeans with 2 x packets of Rit cocoa brown The results werent great but adequate coverage of the jeans so can wear them with some reservation! A bit patchy ad not a full dark colour.

Non colora bene materiale come nylon o fibre sintetiche come descrivono , ho adoperato tutto il contenuto di colore marrone in un recipiente con circa 20 litri ed il materiale da colorare è diventato color oro rosa

Worked as advertised

From reviews and listing pics I was expecting a pinky medium brown, like milky coffee or maybe a bit darker.(see yarn pic) I got dark rusty brown, like the varnish on my balcony. The yarn is 100% wool.
