REHASHED RIPOFF! This book is nothing but something that was already said , but said again only very poorly . The authors of this book having no literary talents to claim for themselves sloped together a bunch of black faceless prints added a few worthless comments and palmed this refuse off as a great document on indian warfare. there is nothing here that enhances the original manuscripts , such as detailed instructions on how to assemble the various weapons mentioned, or how to concoct the poisons or any other vital information that truly makes it what the advertisement claims it to be. Also it seems the second author does not understand that when you write a book on one subject do not try to fill up pages by slipping in irrelevant material on another, He keeps making references to ninjutsu and filling. up space in the book with a subject that is already belabored. these guys would have done better to present the original manuscript alongside what they had to say that is only vague, incomplete, babling plagarisim that only proves they have nothing to offer the public but an adulterated stripped down classic, that is almost worthless.

As an avid practitioner of the martial arts and a reader of such topics from any country I love seeing subjects that are usually not mentioned, or at least not much. Would suggest this to anyone who is interested in the subjects of history or martial arts. Keep up the good work guys.

I was pleased to see this book made available! I had not heard of these historical figures or of these strategies in India before discovering this book! I have found it to be very educational and informative and it has also raised my awareness about a very ancient culture and it's combat methods. Extremely well done!!

Highly recommended, especially if you have an interest in warrior cultures, Indian martial arts, history, and stealth warfare.

Good to see a book on such a unique, fascinating, and under appreciated subject. Few know about India's obscure martial heritage, this book helps bring that information to a much wider audience.

This book covers so much on ancient Indian warfare and is organised in such a way you can really get stuck in and understand it. Very engaging stuff. I especially enjoyed the underhanded methods of assassination, very interesting history.

I am really enjoying this book. It is an excellent introduction to the much older literature that it is inspired by, and achieves what it sets out to do very well. More than happy to put this next to Musashi and Sun Tzu.
