GALLERIA Ballerina Folding Umbrella, 1 EA

I carried this umbrella around for a year until I lost it. This is a record for me: I was always extra-careful with it because it was so beautiful, from the pretty design to the sturdy wooden handle. The auto-open was awesome when I had only one hand to spare, and I eventually liked the auto-close as well when I figured it out. Press the button hard when it's open and the canopy will collapse, though you have to pull in the stick part manually. The umbrella was perfectly sturdy even in the wind tunnels of NYC and just the right size to balance keeping dry and weaving through crowds. It's not a mini umbrella, but it's certainly small enough to fit in my school bag, and really any handbag that's not a tiny cross-body or clutch. I miss this beautiful umbrella so much! For now I'm using a cheap half-broken one until it wears out, then I can allow myself to repurchase!

This is a very nice umbrella. Good quality and sturdy; however, it was not very mini. I read the dimensions, but still thought it was smaller (my own fault). It was about 12 inches long and pretty heavy. I had to carry it around in a tote bag because it would not fit in my purse. It is very pretty, but not ideal for use as a travel umbrella because it is not small.

I've been looking forever for something more exciting than just a plain solid color umbrella but didn't want something uber bright that clashed with my whole wardrobe. This umbrella is perfect. Its subtle colors create a lovely, neutral blend when open. It is small, with a nice wood-look handle, and very sturdy (unlike most mini-umbrellas). Of course, you need at least a passing appreciation of ballet or Degas to get maximum happiness with this...but the "ballerina" theme of it is truly more subtle when in use than I would expect.

I'm extremely upset about this product. I bought this umbrella because it's more expensive so I thought it would be in better quality than the other umbrellas on Amazon. Clearly I was wrong. The umbrella broke the FIRST time I used it today. I am extremely unhappy because I got very wet in the rain because of this umbrella.

This is beautiful but heavier and bigger than expected. I am still using them, but i may buy a smaller and lighter one later.

The umbrella is excellent in design and quality. The design makes it different from others. I like the drawings or paintings and i love the way it is printed on the umbrella. The only disadvantage is the pouch is missing to store the umbrella.

Beautiful and sturdy umbrella at a great price. My husband and I saw these when visiting an art museum at a much higher price. We were happy to find these on Amazon and bought them for Christmas gifts for our dancer daughters. They LOVED them! Great value for a nice product!

I have a photo of my granddaughter lacing her ballet shoes ... it has always reminded me of this painting. Now I get to carry her with me wherever I go! Aside from that, this umbrella is a little on the heavy side, which I'm sure is what makes it so strong so it's a reasonable trade off. Everyone loves it and asks where I got it.

Ho riacquistato questo ombrello a circa dieci anni dal primo, dopo tutti questi anni ha ceduto, credevo di non trovarlo. Consiglio l'acquisto.

Love this umbrella, expensive but unique in design so no-one else will have one. Sturdy and push of a button to put up and let down. Folds down small but has a wide diameter for sharing too
