What a load of rubbish I bought 2 tubs 1 st was dried out so I watered it downThe second when I opened it was covered in mould it’s going in the bin tomorrow

Difficult to judge dose.
Tastes like authentic shilajit and arrived promptly.It is however, very runny and has a high water content. A more solid product is easier to take as it can be cut into doses and transported more easily. This product requires a glass of hot water or milk to stir it into. Also, as no dosage spoon provided with the jar of shilajit it is difficult to judge correct dose.Too soon to say if it will be effective for my cfs/Fibromyalgia.
