Once you get used to these in your shoes you don't want to be without them. I just changed out old inserts I had and replaced them with these new ones and my feet and back feel so much better. Don't give up on them as they feel a little uncomfortable at first but then you don't want to be without them.

It started out good then the magnets started to fall out.

I bought this and I was not satisfied with them because it hurt my feet and heals for about a week I was in pain can I get a refund

Not sure of the pain relief part but the ridges seem to.give my feet a massage as I walk and my work boots feel better on my feet. When used extensively throughout the day however, my feet got to the point of being massaged too much and wanted out of my boots... have continued to use and will continue to use. Overall am pleased with them.

That I only got three instead of three pairs

It took some time to get use to them. After a few days, I could tell I felt better. I would buy again.
