Thank you so very much! I bought this pan several months ago so that I could try it out and have it ready for Thanksgiving. I cooked two chickens in it and it cooked them beautifully. I washed it quickly without examining it closely and dried it and put it away extremely carefully and its original packaging as if it were brand new. I can assure you I most certainly was not abusive to the pan! I took it out for Thanksgiving and it worked very well. I did notice that the window slightly warped in the lid and let steam out in a way that would badly burn the hand if you're not paying attention. When I was cleaning the pan to put it away I noticed several bad chips on the insert and the pan. I'm okay with the chips even though it's annoying that it chipped so easily. However if it ever chips on the inside of the insert pan I would have to stop using it due to whatever type of metal contamination. I have learned that you cannot wrap the insert pan in foil the food item will not cook properly. I also noticed that there were several chips that were reenammed on the pan! One of the provided photos is of the reenammal chip. I'm the type who takes extremely good care of my roasting pans and repackage it like new every year. I even keep the twist ties to retie the cord. One of the provided photos is of the pan after its second use. Prepared it to put it back in the box. My old pan lasted at least 20 years until the heating element finally stopped working. I really love this pain but I'm not sure if it's going to last 5 years due to the chipping. I would have considered returning it but I just missed the return window. I do love the window in the lid and the provided packaging is very durable. I just wish the enamel on the pan was that durable. :(

I was skeptical about this product and whether or it can actually cook a turkey, it did it in a much faster time than i expected and the self basing dome, kept my 22 pound turkey nice and moist, barely had to do anything. Well worth the investment.

Just the right size to try my dad's glazed ham recipe! It was so good,- I took half to my mother with dementia and my brother who lives with her! I am also thinking ahead to holidays and being able to free the oven for food prep. The delivery got here quickly, no problem, and it's easy to use.

I was skeptical b/c I'd never used a roaster to bake my turkey but I was pleasantly surprised. The bird was tender and juicy throughout. Wish the rack was a little more sturdy but otherwise it did the job. I purchased the warranty b/c of the reviews indicating rust and chips and even unit malfunctions. I'm pleased with my purchase thus far

Do not buy! I would not recommend! I just ATTEMPTED to use this for the first time on Thanksgiving... First thing you notice when you open the box is that the materials it's made of are cheap and flimsy. I honestly wouldn't pay more than $10 for it. It feels like a single use item. Secondly, when I plugged it in, smoke started to pour out of the back of it where the wiring is. I ended up having to use the insert from the roaster to cook the turkey in my oven. Completely disrupted everything else i was cooking and keeping the oven all day made my house too warm for all my guests.

I do not write reviews. I turn off my GPS so I don't receive the annoying requests at every single stop I make. This item, however, deserves a rating! It deserves an honest simple review. These days spending close to $100 is a serious decision for many of us! ☆☆☆☆☆ That is my rating. I have never been a huge fan of turkey but wanted to stick to tradition. I'm 51 and this past Tgiving was the 2nd time I've done turkey. I have RA so thinking of getting up early, taking the turkey in and out, squeezing the whatever it's called to keep...baster.... to keep the turkey moist felt overwhelming. And cooking is my hobby. It's kind of something I'm known for in my world! The first turkey was made for Tgiving.... it was good... really good. I chose the "roasting" cycle. The only bad part was strictly human error (which alot of negative reviews are btw... I think some people enjoy writing negative reviews but fail to see their fault). I forgot to turn off until an hour after, I didn't have time to allow the turkey to sit a while but even so we were all very impressed. For Christmas, I wanted to do another turkey but this time.... no human error... in fact....I added some good old fashioned cooking "do's". Take turkey out, wrap in heavy foil (after you've drained the meat drippings for a delicious gravy!), placed on cookie tray, turned oven to 170°, let it sit about 30 mins before taking it out to sit about another 20-25 mins. You have to realize that meat keeps cooking after heat and it's so important to do this step for the moisture! I also squeezed lemon on the outside and put a couple of halves inside turkey. Another thing I've never liked about turkey is how it tastes left over. So..... after all this.... the turkey was PERFECT. It literally melted in your mouth and this is including the next day! It still melts in my mouth without that left over turkey taste. Now, if this roaster (cycle I prefer) lasts mechanically....I will be even more impressed! Buy one..... you will not regret! Used it today for my turkey and it cooked it perfectly. It was very moist and delicious. The roaster worked very well and was easy to clean. Do which I could find liners in 26 qt., so far the largest I’ve seen is 22 qt. But love this big roaster oven. Thought it was a good value for the money. Heated and cooked great.
