Time to cook and taste.
I like it. Can not tell the difference between it and regular rice . It takes little time to cook and taste good:. I like the texture.

Blood sugar remained stable
After doing a major revision in my diet . I had rid myself of conventual rice , only to realize your average chain market rice is garbage, causing spikes in the blood sugar . I gave up carbs all toghther.and opted for cauliflower rice . The texture is not the same . But they craving for rice was tough . So I had to look for a product like this , I found out that low glycemic rice blends , batsami has lowest GI . This rice is fantastic this took a bit longer to cook, Which tells me that the rice is a completed whole food with s mass amount of density. Well I’m putting this on subscription and save. Buy it , you will not be disapointed

Delicious delicate flavor and it really is low glycemic!
I love this product as i can finally eat rice as a type 1 diabetic without the outrageous blood sugar spikes. My husband loves it as well so it is a double win! Follow the directions (rinse before using) NOTE: I only use 2 parts water to 1 part rice and it comes out perfectly every time! Find your best way of cooking but the flavor is delicious!!
