Stylish and well made
Love it! Such a great stylish piece of furniture for the baby’s room. Slightly more expensive than others but means that it lasts them a lot longer than others.

Poorly made
Poorly made. After a year use, there’s crack wood and worn screw when I tried to disassemble it.

Some of the joints didn't go well which for £300+ item was disappointing
Was easy putting together but the parts didn't always align properly which is not acceptable given the price

Beautiful, stylish, real wood cot. You won't regret it.
This cot is gorgeous. If you, like me, prefer solid wood over MDF, this is the perfect cot. It is relativity east to put together with great instructions provided. However, like many of the reviews said, there were several parts not right. Frustrating as it was having to request replacements, the customer service team were fab. They were very understanding and replacements were sent within day. If you love the style of the cot, just get it. The reviews on JL put me off initially but if you aren't under time pressure, get it. Once it's up, its stunning and sturdy.

Good looking but very poor manufacturer
Looks amazing. Would not use this as my main cot. As grandparents good cot but badly designed. Measurements off and the core pieces out of spec . Threads did not meet .over sprayed but if you not looking for perfection and do have a decent tool kit you will be able to make it . Would i recommed it . 5 star design 1 star manfacture

Great customer service
Nice cot when assembled. Mine had a bit missing and customer service were great! Called the company and the new part arrived the next day. Bit fiddly to assemble which is why I gave a 4 star rating .. but glad I bought the cot

Don't buy from the amazon, Buy from the Snüz's Site
Amazon sent us only one parcel, but there would be 4 parcels for this cot bed. And the parcels are heavy. We chatted with Amazon Customer Service, and they said there would be only 1 parcel and only suggested a return. But, we didn't have time to wait new bed and as I said the parcel was very heavy to carry anywhere. The baby hasn't started using it, but the material is of a very high quality. Since they used the same parts for each model, some parts were challenging to assemble. We reached out to Snüz Customer Service. They sent us the missing parts.

I ordered a full bed but i only got two pieces of the full bed ! Very disappointed
