MCS 11x14 Inch Clear Box Frame (11114)

Photo slid right in, looks great. I am very happy with this replacement purchase, since no one sells these locally anymore.

I bought this frame to put in a photo of my favourite male celebrity. This frame is great for storing some stuff there too as long as they're lightweight as a feather. I found this box frame a great place to hide something, a confidential letter, so this frame came in real handy.Only issue: the back is a piece of cheap cardboard that can wear away if you take photos out and put it in too many times to a point where one would eventually have to throw it away and get another one, which is costly, but this frame is not available in any stores in my home town and find myself having to buy my stuff on-line, my frivolous stuff, that is. I would much rather buy my stuff from local stores to support the local economy and found buying from stores is cheaper because one has to pay for shipping on top of the cost of the item when one buys stuff on-line, which can cost two or three times as much as when buying stuff from stores. Example: the Maybelline expert eyes brow and liner pencils, which I've used for years, are no longer in stores and buying them on-line is the only way I can get them. The price of them in a store was $4.93 at Walmart plus tax, which was less than $6, but after buying them on-line I found them to cost as much as $25 or $30 including the shipping and tax.Only thing to get from stores these days is food, drink, over-the-counter and prescription drugs.

I love the fabrication of this frame. But I forgot about the glare in the acrylic. I was looking for an anti-glare screen.

Can stand up on counter

This served the purpose I needed. Cheap and functional. However, I had also ordered an 8 x 10 version and learned from it. I had a stretched canvas on frame that I wanted to frame, so I though this would be perfect. It is an acrylic box frame with a cardboard box insert with hole punched to serve as possible hanging or standing options. In the 8 x 10, the canvas was very snug when I put it in and I couldn't get it back out without fear of destroying the frame, so I am going to hang it just on a long nail. This one, I figured out to cut the front off the box frame, put my canvas in with the box frame around it, so now I have the option of using the holes designated for hanging from the box. I may end up in the same situation as the 8 10, but we will see. Oh, both had scratches, but not too bad to make me send them back (mostly because I am lazy.)

A favorite print that has a personal note on it. It works fine.

I searched for this frame. Finally found it on amaxone.Very happy.

I have been looking for this in stores off and on for the past 7 years with no luck. It's exactly what i needed to display my 3rd and last child in the same frame as my older two. Now I have a matched set!
