Ideal for privacy without blocking any light
I was a little worried it was going to look cheap and classless when on the window. I have it on my hallway window, everyone comments how stunning it looks. It looks nice on (A great privacy idea without blocking any light) and when the sun it’s it my walls and floors fill up with beautiful pastel shades of light, highly recommend

Beautiful product!
This product is beautiful. I have such big windows and I thought blinds would be to bulky so opted for this instead and I’m so glad I did! It’s semi-private but good enough that no one can actually see in so it does actually feel very private. Kids loved it so going to have to order more for their room. The only negative thing is they don’t do it in bigger sizes otherwise I wouldn’t covered my whole window! (Ignore the bits I’ve not cut off yet on the photo)

Its cheap, easy to apply, does the job and looks nice.
I applied this to a small window and I love it. nice iridescent color. Elegant. The only downside I found was it was hard to get rid of the tiny bubbles, I tried many times. but I still love it..

Better than a net curtain!!
Items such as these should be given serious consideration as an alternative to net curtains. This, of course, is purely a personal opinion. After a while, net curtains become a sort of grey colour even after washing with a proprietary whitener. It's a bit of a pain taking the net curtain down ( given that my living room window is quite large ) taking out the hanging rod, putting the net washing machine, then out on the washing line then reversing the procedure when the net is dry. With this privacy film, once it's on the window, it stays there - no washing machine required. For a window 100cms x 157cms it's easier if two people put the film up. Make sure that the inside of the window is CLEAN!!. Cut the film a bit longer than the window to allow for some overlap, take the backing from the film, liberally spray the window and also the back of the film with water, and apply the film. You should be able to slide the film to get it just right. You need a little bit of patience to get rid of the bubbles with squeegees which you can buy on Amazon, but it certainly is doable. Then, using a craft knife and pushing the overlaps into the window, trim off the overlap. Because of the size of the main part of my window is as above, I had to buy the narrowest size available of this film and cut a piece to fill in the remaining 10cm gap at the bottom of the window. All in all, I'm happy with the result and my daughter who helped me, is also chuffed with the result.

So pretty, and easy to apply
It’s so pretty and very easy to apply. I’m really happy with the pastel effect in the day and in the evening it looks more of a deeper rainbow set of colours.

Far better than expected.
I wasn't expecting much from this, other than for it to be extremely difficult to put on. I do love to be proven wrong.I wanted this to stop my neighbour from being able to gawp in my bedroom window as I don't always want to have to drop my blind. Whilst I do have net curtains, during the evening with a light on he could still see directly in. I'm not an exhibitionist or into voyeurism, and whilst I appreciate that like frosted bathroom glass he would still see my shadow, I wanted to block out him seeing everything. I looked at several different films but wanted to still allow light into the room during the day and when I see this one and photo's others had shared with it showing some colour I knew it was the one for me.This film went on seamlessly. Not a bubble to be seen. The hardest part was peeling the film from the backing but once that is off you are good-to-go. The instructions are easy to understand and if you follow them you too should be able to get the film up without any issues. I did purchase a window film tool to use and would suggest you get one too as it certainly helped with smoothing and getting the film right up tight to the edges. This is one I used https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0932BZ3P7?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1The only downside - as such - for me was that just one layer didn't afford the privacy I was after. It looked beautiful, the colours showing were gorgeous, but you could see more than is private, so I took a chance and double-layered. Again, the second layer went on smoothly and has done exactly what I needed it to do. Light filters in and some gorgeous colours are created (as you can see from the photographs) but I can neither see out, and all that can be seen of me now when I am in the room is my silhouette. In fact it's worked so well I am about to add a layer to my bathroom as the frosted glass in there still lets a lot be seen - if only several of my neighbours were aware of this when they strip off in the mornings in full view of their window believing the frosting keeps them unseen!!!It would be beautiful attached to glass panels between interior doors.*Point to note; the shadow animals you can see are actually window stickers that were on the window before the film went up; it covered them without hiding them*.

Good but not perfect... fit
After a night of proper installation, we see it is already detaching. It looks like it will do the desired work, but it has not the perfect fit promised only by using water. We removed all the possible bubbles, but that was not enough. Some people say to add more water. We tried that again several times and thought we got it, but the morning pictures show the sad prognosis of what will happen in the end.
