Wayland Chiles is a small family seed farm located in Florida. All of the seeds sold are grown in the USA. The 7 Pot Douglah, from Trinidad, is an extremely hot habanero type chile know for being able to spice 7 pots of stew with one chile pod. On average the plant is between 30 and 36 inches tall. The pod matures from green to brown. The pod measures 2.25 inches long by 1.25 with a medium thick flesh. Has a delicious fruity flavor.

they're Growing.
I'm a amateur pepper grower but live in a hot area, Santa Ynez CA to be exact, and enjoy hot peppers and never had a raw super hot so I figured I would indulge myself in the 7-pot-douglah. Even the name is fun to say and type. I made a huge error of planting the seeds 2inch deep. However, these guys gave a growers guide and the appropriate depth of planting a seed is 1/4 inch deep so I scooped dirt out and on their estimation of 3 weeks there were sprouts. Sadly something ate two of them but I still have plants left and will upload a photo of the plant in a couple of months. Happy growing.
