decent little fascinator; and I do mean little
Bought this to wear to a Mardi Gras ball. It looks just as pictured... except it’s much smaller. Or my head’s much bigger. I can’t complain much because the price was low, it looked cute when I clipped it in and I did get a few compliments on it.
