This felt good in the hand as far as build quality goes, and connection to the car's computer was fast as it recognized our car model on its own in a short time. I would think this would have been a great tool (hence the 5stars) if it had made all the features the description states; work thru all models of certain brands. At the very least starting with the years when a car manufacturer implemented a new requirement. Like our Mercedes is a 2019 GLA class and I believe MB started doing BMS and battery registration around 2010's for all or most of its US market vehicles. But upon going thru its menus for a car battery replacement, device pops up something like "Vehicle is not supported." Good value tool if it works for your car, unfortunately it didn't mines.

I had an airbag error on my 2013 Smart fortwo. I had checked all the connections for each sensor, and nothing would clear the error. I took it to Mercedes and was told it was due to my battery being low voltage. I replaced the battery, and I still had the error. I saw a video online about this specific scanner tool. I bought it because it was cheaper than taking it back to Mercedes again for $250 an hour when they could not fix it the first time. Got the tool, plugged it in and ran the diagnostic. It told me the error and the cause. and gave me the option to clear the error. The error is cleared and the airbag error light has not come back on. This is a great tool. I have been working on cars for over 40 yrs, wish I had seen this tool before.

Did exactly what I needed it to do ! Works on a Volkswagen Tiguan 2017 perfectly, user manual helped and so did looking up some YouTube videos for guidance 10/10 would recommend it was really easy to use , scanned very fast , connected well and gave me simplified description with code numbers for further research on your own. Make sure to turn your car on when you plug it in , in case you’re a first time user !

Just tried my new E660 on my Volkswagen. It worked awesome. Very happy. Only thing I wish is that the program expanded to at least 2020 vehicles. Originally bought to help my dad with his light but I love having a new upgrade. Found out easily what my ABS problem was along with my SAS. Are these programs expandable or do I upgrade to another for more current vehicles?

an affordable scanner that i only needed once. turns out i reach for it to scan almost every vehicle i own, 7 cars. i planned on this being used then sitting in a corner collecting dust. turns out very pleased. great price and very useful.

I’m kinda disappointed it’s kind of small like a toy, I may do a lot. But it’s size people laugh at. So I’ll keep it in my shop.

Tool worked great clearing airbag SRS error (intermittent error caused by a battery issue) on Volvo XC70 2004 (P2). Lots of European and US models supported. Came with the SD card included and a quality storage pouch. On the newer vehicles and OBD versions one can do some serious adjustments to brake and steering systems. Standard OBD2 diagnostics included. Good quality, recommended.

So the issue that I have with this machine is that I was needing something that could run diagnostics. This may have the ability to do it on cars that are foreign but domestic cars this has almost no options. When I was looking at fuel trim levels this machine showed that the 98 bravada that I was working was all over the boards but every other code scanner we put in, (launch 123, snap on code scanner and my cheap 35 dollar reader I bough years ago would show the car as normal. It comes in a nice case but that is about it. if you have a vw or bmw this is great but if you have a ford or a gm or dodge then buy something else.

Looks a nice bit of kit but unfortunately wasn't compatible with my lexus sc430 so returned it and got a full refund
