I previously used Chamomile from a different company. It was better tasting than this brand, so I had to get used to this brand. It is a pure Chamomile, and a better quality than what I previously used. I am glad that I found this brand, and will continue to purchase when the need arises. I put it in my tea, or in a little water at night before bed to relax.
