Complete Spring Water Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap, 128 Fl oz Refill Bottle (Pack of 1)

I was disappointed to receive only one bottle of Dial Complete Spring Water Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap instead of the promised four in my recent order. The soap itself is decent, providing a clean and fresh scent, but it is not particularly moisturizing and can leave my hands feeling dry. The packaging is also inconvenient, as the refill bottle is difficult to pour into smaller hand soap dispensers without making a mess. Overall, while I may have considered purchasing this product again if I received the full package, my experience has been tainted by the misrepresentation of the order and the inconvenience of the packaging.

False Advertising and very misleading! I only received 1 bottle when it clearly says 4 bottles. If I had known it was only 1 bottle I would have never purchased. I will report this to consumers report.

Be aware when ordering this is not a pack of four. This is just one. I received the packing slip and it states the order was for one. Even though the description clearly says four pack.

Only received 1 bottle inside the big box (meant to hold 4 or 6 gallon bottles, I thought I was buying 4 bottles). Also, the lid was loose and product had spilled inside the box. I guess they are too busy to tighten the lid or clarify the description.

The description states-Dial Complete Spring Water Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap, 1 Gallon Refill Bottle (Pack of 4). Like many others we only received one bottle. This is very misleading. The hand soap is fine, just the wrong amount sent.
