I really like the Ghirardelli chips for baking, dipping chocolates, making candy, etc. They just have a wonderful taste and flavor, and they melt nicely, as well as setting back up without being super hard. This is a pretty good price for them. The 10 oz (yes they've reduced the size of these like everything else!!) at my grocery store sells for about $5 if you can't find them on sale, so for a 20 oz bag this was good.

I have been a candy maker for years , but always bought the cheap chocolate chips. Never again after using this product. My chocolate covered peppermint patties have never taste better.
