Happy with this purchase
I’ve bought this machine over a year ago. It was an early retirement gift to myself. This was a good purchase. The machine works very well and we love the smaller footprint. The quality of the espresso shots would amaze an espresso snob (don’t tell them the shot came from an automatic machine or they will have bias). The only thing I don’t like is the steaming wand, it works fine, but the manufacturer could have designed a longer wand that allowed hands free steaming. Regular maintenance (cleaning and descaling) will keep this machine working for a long time. Original review September 27, 2020.Update July 22, 2023:The tube for the steam wand broke off of my machine. I called the service number and agreed to ship my machine to the service facility. After a couple weeks, they called and gave me a price for repair, that I agreed to. It was steepish, but much less than a new machine. I received the machine a couple days ago and it works really well. Please note, I used to remove the plastic steam nozzle and clean it after each use. I won’t do that anymore. I’ll remove the outer stainless foam baffle, use the hot water button to run out the steam to clear inside the nozzle and wipe the outside of the nozzle with a damp cloth.Still happy with the machine, still don’t like the steam wand.Update June 3, 2024:I solved my desire for hands free steaming with a piece of 1/4” high heat silicone tubing (purchased here on A). It slips over the steam wand and can be easily removed, cleaned, and replaced (see photos). This is my hack, and nothing the manufacturer suggested or approved. I probably wouldn’t do it if your machine is still under warranty.

Update: Broken after 18 months
Update: Grinder stopped working after 18 months despite using the right type of coffee bean without oil. Machine out of warranty. I bought the extended warranty, Assurion couldn't fix it. Bought another one with extended warranty. Let's see if this one lasts longer.Original: Fantastic machine, easy to clean, makes great espresso and luongo and the frother is excellent.

Excellent!
It has been 2 months since our purchase and are extremely happy with this machine so far. I drink a lot of espresso and I have owned a few other, more expensive superautomatica machines in the past. I like this one best for it's ease-of-use, small size and appearance, and it produces coffee as well. Some of the negative reviews I am reading on this machine are about the "bean empty" indicator coming on when using very oily beans. This is a known problem that exists with mostly all fully automatic espresso machines. I am careful not to use extremely oily beans and it works perfectly and reliably. Coffee flavor and consistency is excellent and its easy to clean also. So far, this product has provided us with excellent performance. There is no reason to believe that with the proper maintenance, descaling, etc, that it will continue to last and make great coffee for a long time. Fingers crossed as always! PS- I called their support number to ask about availability of spare parts, such as the brew unit, etc (as I hope to keep this machine for a long time). A real human voice, right in NJ, USA answered the support line and politely gave me the info I needed and assured me of spare parts availability. They get a thumbs up for good support also!

Good But Quirky
I've had this machine for 7 months now and it took some time to "dial in".A few things;1st - The bean hopper is poorly designed which gives the machine feed issues. It took many rounds of different beans to get this machine to feed consistently. The problem? You can't use any style of bean that's even slightly oily. The bean hopper is so shallow that the beans stick and wont feed. Lavazza has a great non-oily medium roast bean that works well. Costco also has an organic house blend whole bean that is delicious and has a great amount of crema.2nd - The disposal tray sensor is very sporadic. I've emptied the machine and it'll still trip after one shot on occasion.3rd - You must be very diligent and dry out/clean the machine weekly at a minimum. Pull out and rinse the brew group and let the machine/brew group air dry over night. Run all parts(except the brew group) through the dishwasher. Then I use a large fan brush(makeup brush) to sweep out the machine. It'll start to stink if you don't dry it out.All-in-all a great machine for the price. You won't be disappointed in the espresso quality. But be conscientious with the maintenance.

Too quirky for the price
So ticked off. I bought first Concierge 2020. It make great double lattes when it worked. But it died 3 weeks before warranty ran out. It would warm the water but I couldn't get it to heat hot enough to steam milk or brew.I decided to just buy new since I thought warranty was too big a hassle (cost of returning the machine).New machine just quit a few weeks after warranty expired. This time, it heats, it grinds, it steams and it streams hot water. But the brewed coffee is running out the bottom of the machine. Since the coffee spout is fully enclosed, it has to be mechanical failure. Aside from dying, it was quirky in grinding - quarter of the fresh grind landed in drip tray, not the holder. This made cleaning a pain. The hot water would shut off every 15 seconds even if I held the button down.I loved the machine when it worked. it was the perfect size and function for me but I can't spend $500 annually on a coffee maker. I could go to Brew House at that price - but really prefer wearing PJs to enjoy my lattes.
