Perfect Budget Lens for micro 4/3
The ease of use is a standout feature. I was initially hesitant about using a manual focus lens, but this one made the process surprisingly straightforward. The focus ring is smooth and responsive, allowing me to capture sharp and well-focused images effortlessly. But what truly blew me away was the picture quality. The 1.4 large aperture produces stunning, professional-grade photos. Even as a beginner, I was able to achieve beautiful bokeh and razor-sharp images. The lens captures vibrant colors and intricate details with remarkable precision. What's even more impressive is the affordability of this lens. It's a fraction of the price of similar lenses, making it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to step up their photography game without breaking the bank.

Fantastic Lens For The Price. Great For Low Light Video Work.
Well worth the money. Smooth aperture blade movement so no clicks can be heard when filming. Great shallow depth of field gives a pleasing background. Focus barrel moves smoothly with just the correct amount of friction. I bought the 35mm MFT version so it also works good for medium portrait shots. Would buy again it needed.

If you're reading this, just buy it
MFT cameras really need a huge aperture to get the results you're looking for, at least for full frame looking bokeh and for night use. A 1.4 for $80? Are you kidding? While the $150 25mm 1.7 panasonic or slightly more expensive 20mm are good, you can notice the extra bit of useability at night going down to 1.4 with this. The metal construction is heavy but feels quality, it's smoother than quite expensive plastic MFT lenses. Being quite compact, the weight is quickly forgotten swinging it around. The focal length is perfect for general indoors shots, macro, portraits, and a walk around night lens.Very good lens even if it had been 3-4x the price, so no brainer at 80.

Favorite Lens and it's the cheapest one in my collection!
I pur hased this lens for fun. I saw it at first as a little cheap lens to try. After getting it I don't know why they sell this so cheap... I would easily pay $400 for this, but it's only $100 and it's my most favorite Lens. I have lenses over 1k in price and I still like grabbing this over those. Solid metal construction, heavy glass, this weighs a bit more than my Lumix G9. Kinda want to buy a second one, just to have two of these.

Good bokeh for MFT / M43
Shooting at F1.4 is a nightmare... You'll struggle constantly with focus. But when you've nailed it. It's a thing of beauty. I also recommend shooting at F1.8 as not much difference can be seen with the exception of night shots. This works well on video too... Seeing depth of field on a video I made was unreal.Depth of field is not a problem with Micro four thirds.

Excelente luminosidad y fluidez
Es un lente estético, de gran luminosidad y fácil de enfocar. Con un filtro ND va mucho mejor en luz natural.

Manual Lens
Heads up! This is a manual lens, so no autofocus. Takes excellent bokeh photographs on my Panasonic G85 (DMC-G85MK). I fully believe that this product is well worth the money its an extremely affordable low-aperture lens.

On my Lumix g85 it works great
If you want to wrest any sort of bokeh out of a micro 3/4 camera, you need a really low F stop and F1.4 is getting down to where you can get some, though not nearly as much as you could with a larger format camera and a low F stop. The lens is all-metal and tight as a drum. Nice and solidly-built. I might have liked the focus ring to be a bit looser, but a bit too tight is much better than too loose. I was out today and enjoyed walking around taking shots with it.At the price, you can't go wrong.
