Used at work for our toilet at work was a replacement

Ordered 2 and 1 was opened and parts were missing.
Work fine. I ordered 2 and they were shipped inside of another box. One of the boxes inside was an open box and missing parts. Fortunately I had the missing items on my truck to continue the installation. Also, the instructions were missing out of that box even though I did not need them.

had ordered 2 which both to be returned, the first one was not an issue of a return but the second one is the problem. unit keeps running water and doesn't stop told to return to sloan for warranty and neither are taking the responsibility.
