The Night Before the 100th Day of School

I love all the Night Before books by this author. My students enjoy the rhyming and the illustrations are so cute! Very popular with me and my students!

It's such a cute little book. Easy to understand and fun.

Read this to my students yesterday (Feb. 7th) as in the school sense, it was the night before the 100th day. The rhyme was there, as well as the mete, so it was familiar to me, which made it easier to read. Their attention isn't great during stories, but we're working on it! They liked it when the main character's 100 "objects" had a mishap (I don't want to give it away!) and how it was solved! A good addition to a teacher's personal library!

I purchased this along with another book as the 100th day of school is coming up. I love 2 day shipping! It's the best thing! Now, my son is 6, and he was able to read it, but with help! I would say the age range would to fully read by themselves is 7-8! However, this would be perfect for a parent, teacher or friend to read to children! Update: the teacher loved it so much that i ended up donating it to the school! 👍🏻

Perfect story for a read aloud on the 100th day of school (truth is it can be read on the 99th day and then re-read on the 100th) Its a great story with lots of oppoortunity to have social discussions and make personal connections with as well as just a simply fun story to read.

I bought this for my Pre-K class. It wasn't as great as I thought it would be. It's kind of all over the place. This is great if you're reading this to one child so you have the actual time to count to 100 throughout the book.

Loved the story, but I love all the night before stories. Have a teacher husband, I always love to see books with men in the elementary teaching roll.
