Yummy!!!!!
I love tortillas, but eating Keto means giving up a lot of carb products. But wait, there is this product. The wheat tortillas are delicious and soft and did I mention delicious? You cant go overboard with it just because its lower in carbs, too much vitamin T in any form is not good for you. But if a lower carb in intake is your life style or you want more for less, than this is the tortilla for you. The "Dude" endorses.

Such little carbs !
The insanely low amount of carbs make this my goto pita. I primarily just eat carb balance pitas. It is very bland with no taste so you need to pair it something with taste.

Great for diabetics and dieters
As a diabetic, I am absolutely evangelical about the carb balance line from Mission (check out the different flavors and sizes). This is a large burrito sized wrap, filling, and doesn’t wreak havoc with my sugar level. Great taste, soft, and a pretty decent shelf life.

Burritos
Tortillas are pretty high and carbs and the bigger the are, the more carbs, of course. So, I'm thankful for this low carb option. I use them to make baked chimichangas and breakfast burritos for my husband. Their larger size means they hold a decent amount of filling. Taco size and fajita size are just too small to make a decent burrito. The taste isn't fantastic, but it's hard to find low carb options that are and there are none this size. But tortillas are basically filling holders and the filling is where the real taste comes from. I was glad to find these as a pantry item, too, because I cook with them quite a lot and can use them without worrying about a high carb content.

Moldy - But usually, a nice alternative.
I usually enjoy these wraps but they had thick white mold in the second shipment. I had to toss them out. However -When they are unblemished with mold they're good! You can tell its not the original, so if your expecting a low carb wrap that's identical to the original, you will be disappointed. They have a stretchier texture and a bit of a different flavor, but for me, a wonderful alternative. I like them best when toasted in a pan with a touch of butter, but even without the butter its great. That way I can't tell its low carb at all. They get very crispy and make great grilled cheese. Cook it slow in the pan for an incredible crunch!I do eat them as they are, they're still good, but I can tell the difference. I've used them for traditional burritos and peanut butter and jelly. Both work well. I used to make scrambled eggs and cheese but the flavor of the wrap overtook the fillings. So for me its hit or miss depending on what I put inside. When it comes to low carb mission wraps hands down, all versions are the best I've found. If its just a question of flavor, the white flour low carb version, in my opinion, definitely tastes better, and would work well with anything. But for me, it tastes too much like the original that I would ( and did ) eat more then I should - thereby ruining my low carb lifestyle.

I would like proof that this is only 5g of carbs per tortilla.
I would like proof that this is only 5g of carbs per tortilla because I have not been able to hit ketosis since i started eating it.
