DIIWoven Basic Tabletop Collection Chevron Table Runner, 15x72, Gray

To be completely honest, I don't personally like this runner as a dresser scarf as much as I would like one that was a little stiffer and denser, as something like that would be a be a better dresser scarf, I think. So this runner has some thickness, softness, and for lack of a better word, fluffiness, compared to a canvas, twill, or linen as I would otherwise prefer for a dresser scarf.That said, I do think this runner would be really wonderful as a runner!!! The thickness and softness certainly give it a texture, a layering effect, and "oomf" and substance which would be great for a table runner!!! Though the denser and thinner canvases, twills, and linens are better for a dresser scarf, I chose this runner because it has the fringes, which many linen runners do not have. Plus, it has the chevron pattern which I'm smitten with! Due to the waft and the fringe, this is a great winter look for my dresser!!! My bedroom is in calming taupes and ivories, beiges, etc., and the "stone" dresser scarf which I chose, is just so perfect of a look, it makes my dresser look like it was styled by a designer, lol, and it really brings everything together. So, I'm really happy with it and am glad I finally chose it. The wider width of fifteen inches, as opposed to the average fourteen inches, is also a great part of this runner, too. If your dining room table is oval like mine (or round), then for sure the softness and flexibility of this runner would drape most excellently over the curved edge of the table. The thickness, waft, and flexibility almost even seems like this runner is knit, as opposed to woven, so it's definitely got a cozy and tactile vibe to it. And yet it has a summery, warm season vibe, too. The stone color is oh so sophisticated and timeless and this is a great quality runner which I recommend to all!!!

This DII woven runner is a pretty blend of two shades of off white. I purchased it to use on the back of my coudh to protect it from cat claws. Although it would make a lovely table runner, and was long enough at 108 inches for a couch, it was too pale in color and too soft to look right on my rather rustic couch. (I have the braided DII runner that I am currently using, and it has enough heft and texture to work as I want.)

Durable and good looking. Easy to use. We used it for a long rectangular table and it definitely changed the shape of the table and made it more beautiful. Good size.

I had purchased this in a different color previously and then changed up my bedding in my room so needed a different color scheme and like this runner so much I decided to buy the same one just in a different color but the quality wasn’t quite as good in this one, came not as wide and with quite a few snags right down the middle. Little disappointed!

Thick, great size. Pretty colors, exactly what I expected.
