Cacao Powder 2lb - Premium

I like the product. It’s actually ground criollo cacao nibs rather than the usual powder. It won’t mix with water but great with cereal & trail mix or baking. Got here in 2 days regular shipping! Very happy, i’d buy it again.

This product doesn't have a good taste it doesn't smell to cacao it doesn't have any flavor and it is like a wood taste on your mouth I really dislikes.

I am not picky when it comes to chocolate, like, REALLY not picky - but this cocoa is bad. I made a banana cocoa smoothie for dessert, and I thought it might have just been a weird texture because of the combination between the two ingredients. But, a few days later - I made a big batch of brownies and they were ruined because of this cocoa. It is gritty, very light brown, and barely tastes like chocolate (it's almost a cornmeal texture). I know it is not dutch processed, but this is so far from what a non dutch processed cocoa should taste like. It was a shame I wasted all of the good ingredients. I would really like a refund but I can't even reach out to the company because of there no return policy. The Wal-Mart great value brand cocoa is of better quality than this (and that kills me to say). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’m not that happy with this product. I guess I’m just used to that strong chocolate flavor that this dose not have. Also the texture to me is more like corn meal and not powder. I’m not sure if some how I got a batch that did not get ground enough or if it supposed to be this way. Also I made muffins and used two different cacao powders. The bottom is this product.

Love that it is organic, and the value is great. I drink it everyday with grass-fed butter and C8 as my version of bulletproof coffee (since my body doesn't take coffee well).

Very grainy even when used in a recipe. Chocolate flavor wasn’t very intense either. Pros are that it’s Organic and cheap but I won’t buy it again.

Taste great. I love the packaging - it’s packaged in 1 pound segments unlike other cocoa brands I’ve bought. It helps to ensure the cocoa doesn’t go stale.
