works very well. ive tried EVERYTHING. Everything to avoid poison but nothing works for me. I cycle between this and advion gel bait every 6 months because roaches develop resistance to these poisons and you really need to be using different poisons to keep the population under control. it does have a very strong odor. I keep this in a triple zip lock bag and only dissolve a few granules in a 4oz spray bottle and I will apply this every week until I don't see anymore roaches. I have children in my house so I'm very vary about using poison. just make sure to keep the house ventilated cause it has a very strong odor.

Works very well.
Previously I had tried using the stuff you find at the mart that claims it works for months, with no results. Seems like immunity is a problem with it. I gave this stuff a chance. I already knew there was going to be a smell, so I used the product on a weekend that I was going to be away. I returned Monday and the smell was still there. I then just left my front door open and after a half hour the smell left. In areas of low air circulation the smell will linger, so to get rid of it increase circulation, use a fan if you have to. The smell while horrible seems to be a key part of it. The roaches are attracted to it and will come into contact with the chemical. Initially it will appear to not be working, it appears as if there are more roaches, This is usually a sign that it is working. Roaches normally do not come out during the day and hide in the presence of danger. These roaches seem confused and did not hide, so I wacked them. It works but make sure to follow all safety precautions and protocols. Very strong smell ! Wear n95 mask

Es un excelente producto, realmente mata las cucarachas y puedes estar seguro que no veras cucarachas por un buen tiempo. Solo tienes que fumigar unas tres veces en las áreas donde ellas salen y no las verás mas.

I had a serious Roach infestation german roaches !!!!, ( they spread!!) But after using this product , they are all gone ,amazing stuff no need for exterminator this stuff rod the whole 2 story house of roaches and water bugs....
